Step 1: Reach out
Call or text (512) 636-0889, or send the form with a few details and a photo if it’s safe to take one. You’ll hear back from me, not a call center — usually the same day.
Step 2: Walkthrough
I walk the whole property with you, inside and out, and photograph everything I see — the problems and the things that are fine. You see exactly what I see, and you get the photos.
Step 3: A clear, written scope
You get a written scope in plain English: what needs doing, what doesn’t, the materials we recommend and why, and which warranty covers each part. If something can wait, we say so.
Step 4: Sign digitally
When you’re ready — and only when you’re ready — you sign by e-signature from your phone or computer. No pressure, no stack of paper, and a copy lands in your inbox.
Step 5: Our trade partners get to work
The right trade partner for each part of the job gets to work, and I manage the schedule and the quality. You get photo updates as it happens, so you never have to wonder what’s going on.
Step 6: Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work together and fix anything that isn’t right. Then your close-out packet — photos, final scope and warranty documents — lands in your inbox.

The hands-on work is done by our trade partners — independent specialists in each trade, chosen for the quality of their work and how they treat your home. I walk every project, write the scope, and manage it start to finish, so you have one point of contact the whole way through.
Every trade partner we put on your project carries its own insurance, and licensed trades are done by state-licensed partners.
And we take care of our crews: people who are paid right, treated right and have somewhere to grow do the right thing on your home.
