You’ll know what’s covered before we start.
Warranty depends on the project. Some work carries our own workmanship warranty; on other work, our trade partner’s and the manufacturer’s warranties pass through to you. Either way, your written scope spells out exactly what’s covered, for how long, and who stands behind it — before any work starts.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all warranty promises. A fence, a window and an AC system are different kinds of work with different products behind them, so we tell you the real terms for your project instead of a slogan.
Three kinds of coverage
| Warranty | When it applies | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Zion workmanship warranty | On some projects | Covers how the work was done. When it applies, the length is stated in your scope. |
| Trade partner warranty | Passes through to you | The trade partner who did the work stands behind it. Terms are in your scope. |
| Manufacturer warranty | Materials, per product | Covers the products themselves — windows, gutters, paint, equipment — under each manufacturer’s terms. |
